Remote Repair/Upgrade Services

Partner technicians can do remote control service when it makes sense for quick problem resolution. If this option is chosen, the one hour minimum will be waived.  This service is performed by you allowing the technician professional to log onto your PC, Mac, Iphone, Ipad, or Android.  The work can then be performed while you watch or can be done independently.  The technician can do assessment and also perform fixes as needed.  Each incident would be evaluated for free.  Once the issue is detected the technician will get approval for the work done.  

AdvanceIT Partners does onsite work as one of the options available to resolve problems.  Travel time is not charged for the onsite work.
