Advance IT Partners Premium Service
Advance IT Partners cares about your service time expectation. We are willing to take on the costs/time for problems we don't understand as a quick fix. Many people have started out with a 1 hour bill which turned into a 2 or 3 hour bill. We understand that problems vary but are willing to take our own time to learn and research.
We do service minutes uniquely. We bill for work time as expected for Remote or Onsite service. We know that many IT calls/cases are not an exact quick fix. This means when there is a Learning Curve or Research time, we give free or discounted time to help. Most IT providers charge for all this time. We do not!
When a professional Advance IT Partner technician finds systems or software we are not familiar with, we can allocate free Learning Curve time to your case. This time will not be billed on your case. Research time is time where the Advance IT Partner technician needs to research errors or abnormal system/software behavior. This time will be billed at only 80% of the time spent on this activity. The Advance IT Partner will inform you during the service call when this time is being used.
